What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on sizes and type of storage. Please call for rates and available sizes. A list of our sizes can be found here.

Should I make reservations?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.

Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance ( check your homeowner's or renters policy to see if you are already covered ) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We can provide new tenant's insurance with a brochure from one these companies . Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.

Do you give me a key?
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit.

Can I pay for my unit over the phone?
You will need to visit the facility to lease your storage unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments by credit card or we can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card each month.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Payments after hours can be placed in our night payment slot.

I only need  storage for a few days, can I rent by the day?
The minimum rental period is for 1 month. You may use the space for a few days, a few weeks or all month however we are unable to offer refunds for early move outs.
